 I tried it with the "-raw", "-preserve", "-i", "-m" and "-f /dev/null"
 for Japanese docs, and it seems to do a good job totally.
 Thank you for your effort.

 To solve tidy-related problems among the translation teams,
 I also would like to commit the patch into www/tidy if possible.
