I fail to understand this when Solaris is available from Sun for free.
Go to http://www.sun.com for enlightenment.

Don't waste your time telling us that - it's Oracle that you need to be
talking to.

I fail to understand why we - most of whom don't give a rat's ass that
Oracle isn't ported onto FreeBSD, and would certainly not pay for it - are
better candidates to explain this to Oracle than you - who do care that Oracle
is not on FreeBSD and is also ready to pay money for it.

I think you've lost sight of what motivates commercial software companies like
Oracle.  Please don't beg us to help you convince Oracle to port to FreeBSD
unless you've already been talking to Oracle about it.
