	Present SP port doesn't specify any catalog files, so users
	have to specify them by setting the environment variable
	SGML_CATALOG_FILES.
	The diff attached sets a default catalog to
	"/usr/local/share/sgml/catalog", which is the catalog file
	installed by textproc/dtd-catalogs.
	
	I'm not entirely sure if this really is a good idea, but should
	be convenient for novice users.
