My quick search only turned up an ancient irrelevant issue about soon to be removed Mozilla's fork[1]. The ports never used the fork as it's known to be broken even on FreeBSD[2]. To be specific --enable-jemalloc without MOZ_JEMALLOC3=1 was never supported due to severe bitrot of MOZ_MEMORY_BSD[3]. I wonder why bundled jemalloc within lang/rust-dragonfly works fine.
