I get the same results, running it as:

	fmio -f 95.8

I get a brief 1/2 second of line in audio

doing a scan:

	fmio -D -l 95.7 -h 95.9 -c 1

I get:

74 root@quota:/usr/local/src/fmio/fmio-1.2.12/ > fmio -D -l 95.7 -h 95.9
-c 1

fmio: Port access error: Bad file descriptor

However I only have the one radio card, which is the Hauppauge one?
