Since you're fixing rubygem ports and are apparently familiar with ruby:
there's a bunch of failing stage-qa tests because of installed files
referencing stagedir in rubygem-* ports, namely:

archivers/rubygem-libarchive
comms/rubygem-ruby-termios
databases/rubygem-hiredis
databases/rubygem-mysql
devel/rubygem-binding_of_caller
devel/rubygem-bson
devel/rubygem-fastthread
devel/rubygem-libyajl2
devel/rubygem-msgpack
devel/rubygem-rbtrace
devel/rubygem-rugged
devel/rubygem-thrift
ftp/rubygem-curb
math/rubygem-narray
science/rubygem-ruby-dcl
science/rubygem-ruby-netcdf
security/rubygem-scrypt
textproc/rubygem-nokogiri
textproc/rubygem-nokogiri14
textproc/rubygem-ruby-xslt
www/rubygem-dropzonejs-rails
www/rubygem-passenger
www/rubygem-rails4
www/rubygem-rails_autolink

Example failure:
http://package21.nyi.freebsd.org/data/101amd64-default-qat/394263/logs/errors/rubygem-ruby-termios-0.9.6.log

---
====> Running Q/A tests (stage-qa)
Error: 'lib/ruby/gems/2.1/doc/ruby-termios-0.9.6/ri/Termios/Termios/cdesc-Termios.ri' is referring to /wrkdirs/usr/ports/comms/rubygem-ruby-termios/work/stage
---

Since I have no idea on what's causing this, could you please look into
it?
