From my experience, brain-dead Windows will only use the DHCP-supplied
values for DNS if NOTHING is entered in the DNS tab under TCP/IP Properties
in Control Panel -> Network.  If you've got any IPs in as DNS server it will
use them instead of the DHCP values.
