Greeting-

Has anyone else noticed that after a make install of a new kernel that
the system does not want to shutdown or reboot?

On every kernel install I have to send a break because the system gets
into a loop trying to kill stuff, but always fails.

The same happens for shutdown -h now, shutdown -p now, shutdown -r now
and reboot if I have changed the kernel.

-Brett
