Im having the same problem as you..

My system is:

Pentium II 350Mhz
Iwill BD100 MainBoard
64 MB SDRAM
8 GB Seagate HD
PS/2 Keyboard
PS/2 MOuse
External Modem on COM2
CDROM 48x

Any ideas???....the installation worked on my pentium 133 and so
on my 486....
