I must admit that I didn't read the paper that thoroughly , but I was
at the presentation. The only thing they missed was `prior art'. We
did implemented the exact same functionality (but with other names)
for our Krb4 distribution, and I beleive that those functions got
imported into OpenBSD before they added strl* to libc. :-)
