moused.  It should set itself up in sysinstall at install time, or you
can run "/stand/sysinstall", and go to post-installation configuration,
mouse, &c.

It's also in the base system - natd or ipnat, or even ppp.  If you're
using ppp, just use the -alias switch.  Read the man pages for ppp,
natd, and ipnat, and find out which one is the best for your situation.
