check ftp://current.freebsd.org
ftp://releng4.freebsd.org

fdimage the floppy(s) boot.flp if you have a ls-120 or kern.flp &&
mfsroot.flp if you have a 1.2 floppy.

You can also download the sources to dos disk and install from that, but you
still have to fdimage the floppy disk(s).
