 Hmmm, If you're too worried about your actual domain name, why not sign up
at one of the free Dynamic DNS services?

 For instance, I use DynDns.Org at home on my FreeBSD box. The have about
six domains you can select from.

 Works perfect for me! My DSL connection gives me a new IP about every 23
hours and by running a small client program, it'll go and update my info
automatically.
