I guess you could experiment with overriding or removing _OPTIONSFILE, but =

don't think it is a good idea to force re-displaying the menu, you're bound=
=20
to annoy users who didn't expect the menu to popup again during portupgrade=
=2E=20
Just announce the new options in ports/UPDATING.
