Synopsis: NEW PORT: misc/polish-sms

State-Changed-From-To: open->feedback
State-Changed-By: will
State-Changed-When: Thu Jun 27 04:26:06 PDT 2002
State-Changed-Why:
Is this port still up to date? Also, I'm not sure that the namespace is
protected by it -- namely, maybe there is another port which might install
a bin/sms. And the Makefile patch needs to be complemented with a regex
in the ports Makefile to ensure conformance to PREFIX.
