It's a LaserJet 2100, and initially it didn't have a printserver in
it. The printer doesn't have a panel with a menu. So my problem now is
that if I want to know what the IP adress is I need to telnet to the
printserver, but for telnetting I need to know the IP adress.

The only "adresses" I can find, are on the JetDirect itself:
TR: 000C83B1D029
AD: 0030C18D0B94

Is it possible to configure it with this info?
