Apsfilter asks for a "full qualified hostname or IP address" and "the
remote printer name". The remote printer name will most likely be
"raw" according to Apsfilter (same as the queue name I guess).

The default adress doesn't work. The problem now is that I can't
telnet to the JetDirect because I don't have the IP adress.

I bought it on Ebay for EUR 75. It has documentation and drivers for
HP-UX, Solaris and Windows on cd-rom. Unfortunately these drivers
don't work on FreeBSD.
