Fix: Undefined symbol "SSL_CIPHER_get_value" error.

/usr/local/bin/openssl will use /usr/lib/libssl* instead of
/usr/local/lib/libssl*

$ /usr/local/bin/openssl
/usr/local/bin/openssl: Undefined symbol "SSL_CIPHER_get_value"
