May not be "graphical" enough, but Konqueror's built in ftp, sftp, and 
fish support has always been enough for my needs and it doesn't require 
any extra packages outside KDE.  Just type ftp://ftp.example.com or 
ftp://user@ftp.example.com in the location bar.
