Japanese porters-handbook still uses V3.1 DTD. Also there's a note about
3.1 DTD's in French fdp-primer and at line 49 of
en_US.ISO8859-1/books/fdp-primer/examples/appendix.sgml mention that all
examples in appendix are DocBook 3.1 DTD based (which is clearly wrong, as
I see) :-)
