Sounds like the set I recall, which had a sample BIOS listing in it, not an OS listing. It wasn't at all unusual for a CP/M system to come with BIOS sources on disk, as if you wanted to add a device to the system - like a hard disk controller - you had to rebuild the BIOS to do it.
