>Environment:

	Upgrading from 2.2.1 to 3.0-970502-SNAP

>Description:

When using the upgrade option on sysinstall the schg flag is not cleared
on userland binaries. Those binaries are not updated. Running a
previous version of ld.so breaks lots of things.

>How-To-Repeat:

Choose the upgrade option from 3.0-970502-SNAP sysinstall.

>Fix:

Clear all userland binaries schg flags before beginning the upgrade.
