I'd suggest you install the freebsd bootmanager in the mbr of your booting hard drive (the one on which your windows is installed). That will let you choose which system you want to boot. To do so you have to boot your freebsd system (either with your installation CD or change the hard drive boot sequence in your bios), and then enter /stand/sysinstall and follow the directions for installing the bootmanager in the freebsd handbook.
