At one point, we used anchor to point to particular sections in the
FAQ.  Then some selfless non-committer put in a couple of PRs to add
question id= tags to each and every question in the blasted thing.

In quite a few (not all!) cases, it appears that the anchor tags are
moot with that addition.

        <question id="dangerously-dedicated">
          <para>Will a <quote>dangerously dedicated</quote> disk endanger
            my health?</para>
        </question>

          <para><anchor id="dedicate">T

Am I missing something, or should such tags go away?
