Just tried out the FreeBSD 1.1.5.1R support for SCSI changer devices with a Pioneer DRM-604X. So far it seems to work ok. You mount devices cd0a to cd5a as you need and then switching between the CD's is automatic. There are a few rough edges: trying to mount an empty slot crashed the system and I get timeout messages when mounting a disk. I hope to use this facility to share some CD's via httpd and samba so it will have a good testing. -- Jose Marques <jose.marques@las.ox.ac.uk>
