On the way. Two posiibilities: Contact www.cdrom.com, maybe they got
some older versions to sell.
CVSup sources for an older versions and build from scratch. If all else
fails, locate a FreeBSD veteran near you and beg his old CD-ROMs.

P.S: My oldest Release CD is 2.2.7 -- but you'd have to pay customs and
freight from Germany, and I like it back.
