Andrey was one of the guys who insisted on getting a R-R for _each_
mail.  This has caused me to disable the feature ages ago, since it's
simply been too expensive for me (with a UUCP connection, where the
R-R required an additional phone call to be delivered).

Hence such abuses made it a worthless feature anyway.
