you can find this out by grabbing the du-s file from freebsd which is
generated daily.

i would estimate it's currently between 35 to 40G.  if you allow for
around 50G for the next 9-12 months, that should get you around the
normal growth in the archive as well as any unannounced updates
and changes that might happen in a hurry.

you might also want to consider mirroring other `freebsd related'
archives.
