You can install hybrid ircd from the ports (irc/ircd-hybrid).

I've also successfully installed bahamut (http://bahamut.dal.net), and
Undernet's own uircd (http://www.undernet.org) , by compiling them
myself.  The tarballs of those servers include instructions on
compiling and installing the server, so you shouldn't find it very
difficult to compile one, even if it's not in the ports.
