ok here goes I have a soundblaster 16 value (non Pnp) the chipset is Ct2770 the specsheet says the settings as is are Irq 5 8bit DMA 1 16bit DMA 5 audio I/O 220 mpu-401 I/O 330 added in the kernal controller snd0 device sb0 at isa? port0x220 irq 5 conflicts drq 1 sbintr device sbxvi0 at isa? drq 5 device sbmidi0 at isa? port 0x330 made the device I can cat stuff to the audio device but it hangs and mp3s dont even start the error is...
