similar to cvsup2html, but the output has more twiddly bits.  Whether
that's good or bad I'll leave you to decide. :-) It's probably slower
and probably generates overly complex HTML, but what the hell.

I guess I could send cvsuplog to John so he can put it in the contrib
directory of future releases, but if everyone hates it except me I won't
bother. ;-)
