Maybe your CF-Card doesn't implement the ATA-Mode correctly. I once had a c=
ard=20
which had wrong ATA-mode support but it didn't even boot.
But I don't know why these errors occur, I'd suggest trying the following=20
in /boot/loader.conf:
hw.ata.ata_dma=3D0
hw.ata.wc=3D0
