I just deinstalled devel/bison, installed devel/bison1875, and re-attempted the upgrade, which was successful on both my 4.11 and 5.3 boxen. I'm sure the bison maintainer is aware of this issue, but I've CC:'ed this to him anyhow. ;-) Sean: have you considered implementing some mechanism to easily switch bison versions, allowing them to coexist on one system? - -- Anthony Chavez http://anthonychavez.org/ mailto:acc@anthonychavez.org jabber:acc@jabber.anthonychavez.org -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.4.0 (Darwin) iD8DBQFCF9S7bZTbIaRBRXERAuWfAJ9da5Qsl6Y+jiytyTYgjS/+begvyACdFKvu axZ3bfv05WHoWB2k8joxrYM= =7zx5 -----END PGP SIGNATURE-----
