Hello,

We use a couple of Supermicro X7SLN-F mainboards (w/ 2x Realtek
RTL8111C-GR) and experienced frequent freezes of the NICs in use. With
Debian, a driver update solved the problem. With FreeBSD, we first tried
ifconfig -rxcsum -txcsum as a workaround, later compiled a kernel with
the latest driver. The problems persist.

Is there anything we can do to support nailing down the cause and
finding a solution? In the meantime, is there any known workaround
besides resetting the interface daily?

TIA,
vt
