Very, since they both share the same pthread{,_np}.h and merely linking
with a different shlib shouldn't cause any difference in behaviour at
all.  It's possible that the autoconf feature tests may produce
different results, which is why it's important that either all pthreads
libraries support the exact same things, or the one that implements the
least be the default one linked in.
