They decided to keep net/trafshow at 3.1 and move the 4.0 version to 
net/trafshow4. Since net/trafshow has been downgraded to 3.1, the 
PORTEPOCH has to been bumped, so 4.0 < 3.1,1

When you want trafshow-4.0, do
   portupgrade -fo net/trafshow4 trafshow
