NetAT mostly works (the version I have has problems as a router and with 
seeding); I've used it for file and print services.  On systems where 
I've used both CAP and NetAT the performance of NetAT has been 
substantially better than CAP (hardly surprising since NetAT is a kernel 
level implementation.)
