Hmmm.... depends I guess... If your case can take the regular Baby AT case
ones, then you will be better off getting a Pentium pin compatible (AMD
5K86) chip with Pentium motherboard for about $30 more (It's upgradable to
Pentium 166).  

Or if you insist, pick up a new AMD 5x86-133 with VLB motherboard + Fan +
256K cache for $159.  That way, you won't have to take chances with
incompatibility problems and perhaps sell your old motherboard with cpu
for some money back. 

My point is you can get a NEW AMD 5x86-133 with VLB motherboard for less 
than the cost of the cpu plug-in upgrade.  Where?
