That's something I can try to chase down (after re-starting the Pine64; and I 
really need to get distcc + the H6s working, or this is going to take 
forever).

At first glance, this is pretty straightforward: the compiler for QML doesn't 
run on aarch64 and so the compiled files (comparable to Python's .pyc or .pyo 
files) are not generated. Should be a simple fix.
