how to check this? In all cases application is same:
-r-sr-x---  1 root  dialer  26 apr 10:58 pppd
but problem occurs sometimes

permissions for mentioned files is normal:
-rw-r--r--  1 root  wheel  896940 29 apr 20:29 wtmp
-rw-r--r--  1 root  wheel  1276 29 apr 20:29 utmp
