I don't know that anyone has ever tried it.  When I wrote the support a
while ago, I could only test with serial.

If it doesn't work, feel free to hack on it:

  # cd /usr/src
  # cat /cd/src/susbin.?? | tar -xozvf - usr.sbin/moused
  # cd usr.sbin/moused
