Dunno what you've busted this time though, sorry. Are you sure it's updated because I know on any system I do a make world on or even just go to /usr/src/lib/csu/i386 and do make depend ; make clean ; make ; make install, it doesn't seem to write over the file as the old timestamp is still there unless I removed it first.
