Dear folks,

whenever I try to attach gdb to my firefox settings because I'm expecting firefox to be the source of my stability problems (I always find a gnash.core and a firefox.core file in my home directory) I get the following error message:

gdb --quiet
(gdb) attach 11808

What could be the source and what could I do to solve this?
Thanks in advanced
