Two Intel EtherExpress 10/100 cards, doing NAT with natd and
ipfw. 
After some time working (about one day) I start to see these messages:

The rest of the system works OK, I only "loose" the fxp1 card.

The system is running an squid proxy, postfix mail server and 
acting as a workstation with KDE. It has 64 MB RAM.
