In that commit matthew (who maintains rt40 and rt42, thanks to him for
that!) noted that CONFLICTS in those ports had the wrong value and fixed
it for his ports, as he saw what I did with rt44 (where I
missed this!). So it's his submission to the rt44 PR, which
caused me to attribute it to him.
