I am very curious as to why iso's can not at least be created for the 4.3- stable branch to address security issues pakages are not much of an issue but really recompile your kernel now I think that abit much for newbies? since 4.3 release There are now a few hours of updates to secure it IMHO thats a little to much we are starting to look like wintendos here? I really think it would be reasonable to have isos made to follow the stable brach say once a month or atleast to address security issues within the operating system if I where japanese I would have no problem as weekly isos are availible on the ftp server *sigh* It seems to me that to me that there is not much concern for stability and security as I cant get an a CD from anywhere thats is secure and so far I am in the hole bigtime trying It would also be nice to have ports isos? It would take a lot less time and bandwidth to obtain all the current ports that way =o) Hopefully I Am Not Just Beating My Head Against The Wall Here But I Do Feel A Headach Coming On. Sincerely, M.
