That is unfortunate.  Why this happens to some people and not others
is still something we're trying to figure out. :-(

Interesting that the 4MB floppy works - they both use the same boot
blocks.  Hmmmmmm.

Your error is that you did not put BIN\BIN.INF onto Disk1.  You have,
by luck, DOC.INF already on Disk13 (with the rest of the DOC dist) so
that will work.  Copy BIN.INF onto the first floppy and try again.
