If I understand well snd_hda you need a quirk to associate the
headphones to the speaker.

The speaker is on nid15 as 1 seq 0, headphones on nid10 as 2 seq 0. The
headphones should be associated to the as 1 seq 15 with a quirk

/boot/devices.hints:
hint.hdac.0.cad0.nid10.config="as=1 seq=15"
