Thanks to all those whom responded;  It is clear through reading the
FAQ's, Handbook and the comments from this newsgroup, that a better choice
would be a motherboard with a (440)BX chipset.  I have found two
supporting the socket 370, an ASUS CUBX and the ABIT BX133(?).
