I have a Creative Labs DI5631 pci modem that I can't get to work in freebsd. It
works fine in win2k, but thats no suprise. I'm pretty confident that its not a
winmodem since the literature on the web says its not and the bios recognizes it
as a "Simple COMM controller". It shows up in the boot logs as an unknown pci
device, I can send the vendor/device numbers if they would be useful to anybody.
Is it possible to get this modem working? How do I do it?
